Returns and Exchanges

For items sold via print-on-demand or dropshipping, returns are not sent directly to us but to the respective supplier or print service provider. This means the item must be sent to the address of the supplier who shipped it directly to the customer.

How does a return work?

Return Request: Please note that we only accept returns that have been requested in advance. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Important Note: The return process may vary depending on the provider. We work with multiple suppliers located in different regions, so returns must be sent directly to the corresponding supplier’s return address.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Exchanges

Returning the received item is the fastest way to receive the desired item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
